I’m Tracey Oddi, President and Executive Recruiter of Oddi Talent Solutions, LLC.

I started Oddi Talent Solutions, LLC with a simple belief: recruiting should be personal. The best placements happen when you take the time to truly understand the people and the organizations involved.

With nearly five years of agency recruiting experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with professionals at many stages of their careers and across a variety of industries. Those experiences helped shape the kind of recruiting firm I wanted to build—one focused on relationships, communication, and giving every client and candidate the attention they deserve.

When I work with a company, I want to learn more than just the details of the position. I take the time to understand the organization, its culture, its team, its work environment, and what makes someone successful there. Understanding what makes a company unique allows me to look beyond a résumé and identify candidates who not only have the right experience, but who are also likely to thrive within the organization.

Just as importantly, I take the time to get to know each candidate—their experience, career goals, personality, work style, and what they are looking for in their next opportunity. This allows me to better understand how their strengths and expectations align with the company and its culture.

For me, recruiting isn’t simply about filling an open position. It’s about finding the right fit on both sides. I believe that when you take the time to listen, ask the right questions, and understand what matters to both the company and the candidate, you can create placements that are successful and lasting.

My background includes an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. I am also SHRM-CP certified and a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP).
